You don’t have to travel to a galaxy far, far away to get a good laugh. Just watch these Star Wars bloopers instead. It’s a well-known fact that the Star Wars movies are beloved across the world. But did you know that there are actually some pretty funny Star Wars bloopers out there? We’ve rounded up the most comedic clips from all three trilogies, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Check out the funniest Star Wars bloopers below!

Star Gags: A Never-Ending Bloopers Saga

This Star Wars blooper reel spans the first six movies of the saga (Episodes I – VI). We have to say – there are some pretty hilarious moments for you to enjoy. Right at the outset, there’s Liam Neeson as Qui-Gon Jinn accidentally tossing his lightsaber across the Naboo set. There’s also a lot of R2-D2 falling over and crashing into things – the best of these is definitely when he knocks Jar Jar over in the clearing on Naboo. (We bet there are more than a few fans who wish that had made it into the movie!) C-3PO tripping and crashing through some blocking material is also pretty funny. Other highlights include stormtroopers struggling to move due to their cumbersome costumes, Harrison Ford chewing on a headset after flubbing a line, and so much more. If you are a Star Wars fan, don’t miss this comprehensive blooper reel!

Star Wars: Episode II Bloopers

From Hayden Christensen accidentally breaking things to Boba Fett dancing around with a colorful umbrella, this Star Wars bloopers compilation from Episode II is pretty hilarious. There are plenty of on-set shenanigans to enjoy, including Ewan McGregor hamming it up between takes, Natalie Portman falling off a mechanical blue-screen animal, and R2-D2 struggling to move around without crashing. If you loved Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, then this is the perfect blooper reel for you!

Star Wars: Episode III Bloopers

C-3PO falling through part of the set during a scene has to be one of the funniest moments ever caught on camera, and it’s only made more entertaining by the reactions of Natalie Portman and Ewan McGregor. But that’s not all – there are plenty of other bloopers to enjoy, too. George Lucas jokingly giving C-3PO notes about “more facial expression” is pretty entertaining, as is Hayden Christensen carrying Ewan McGregor during a scene only to realize he’s gone to the wrong door. Ewan McGregor laughing about Anakin’s “Jedi mullet” is also quite funny. If you enjoyed Star Wars: Episode III, you’ll love these bloopers!

Star Wars: The Last Jedi Bloopers

Whether you loved or hated The Last Jedi, there’s no denying that the bloopers are pretty hysterical. From Oscar Isaac hamming it up in his X-Wing to Mark Hamill doing an impression of Grandpa Simpson, there are plenty of reasons to laugh. John Boyega dancing while Kelly Marie Tran looks on and laughs is also pretty funny. But the pièce de résistance of this blooper reel is without a doubt Carrie Fisher’s Princess Leia slapping Oscar Isaac’s Poe – repeatedly. It’s easily the funniest part of a very entertaining gag reel. If you’re looking for a laugh, then these are definitely the Star Wars bloopers you’re looking for!

Star Wars: A New Hope Bloopers & Outtakes

For the last video on our list, we’re taking it all the way back to the beginning with bloopers from Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. While you might think that a movie from 1977 wouldn’t have any funny bloopers, you’d be wrong! There are actually plenty of hilarious moments to enjoy. From stormtroopers struggling to move around in their cumbersome costumes to Sir Alec Guinness stumbling over some lines while seated in the Millennium Falcon, there’s a lot to love about this blooper reel. Mark Hamill asking how to pronounce “supernova” is also pretty funny. But that's not all! This video is especially interesting because of the alternative shots and behind the scenes footage mixed in with the bloopers. This means that in addition to some laughs, you’ll also get to hear different dialog and see alternate takes of scenes that either went awry or were discarded in favor of the final cut of the film. If you’re a fan of Star Wars: A New Hope, you can’t miss this video!
